Our Port has reached a new milestone: we are now certified as “Clean Ports with Active Biodiversity”!

Already committed to an environmental approach recognized by the Clean Ports certification, we go further:

On September 8, 2025, we obtained the second level of the international standard ISO 18725 Clean Ports, which rewards concrete actions in favor of terrestrial and marine biodiversity, at the port and within its area of influence.

👉 This certification recognizes a comprehensive and active strategy in favor of life. A port is an ecosystem full of life.….🐟🐠🐞🐢🌲

Where the first level, “Clean Ports” values the environmental management of the port in terms of waste, effluents and resources, this second level values port managers who make biodiversity a concrete, sustainable and measurable priority. A component is also dedicated to staff training and user awareness.

🎯 To obtain the “Clean Ports Active in Biodiversity” certification is therefore:
✔️ Meeting a rigorous global standard,
✔️ Submitting to an independent assessment with a reference framework of 7 very demanding criteria,
✔️ Guaranteeing users a living space conducive to biodiversity,
✔️Having global recognition praised by institutions.

This result is the fruit of collective work and shared conviction. Thank you to all those who contributed to this milestone!

The Port de Beaulieu Plaisance signed “The voluntary commitment of marinas for the preservation of Posidonia” on 22.01.2025!
It is now a partner of the Posidonia Alliance 😊 !

A Posidonia protection awareness panel has been installed at the entrance to the Port:
