Dear boaters,

🌈 Beaulieu Plaisance Marina organised the ‘World Cleanup Day’ event on Saturday 19 September 2026 from 9.30 am to 12 noon at the marina and Petite Afrique beach!

A big thanks to all our partners: the Town of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, the restaurants Baia Bella and La Javanaise, Natura 2000, Breathe & Rebreathe, Un Océan de Vie, the Edmond de Rothschild Bank of Monaco, the Ibis Styles Hotel, La Réserve de Beaulieu, Anao, L’Aventure Sous-Marine, and Tidy Park Limited! 🌍🐠🧺🧹🙂

🙏 Thank you also to the boaters and visitors who contributed to this wonderful moment of solidarity!

Many volunteers came and collected litter on land.

Single-use plastic, microplastics and cigarette ends made up the majority of items collected ☹

⚠ Let’s remain vigilant: a single cigarette end can pollute up to 500 litres of water! 🚭
